Cancellation within 24hrs

The only exception to the No Refund Policy. There are no refunds except if you cancel within 24 hrs of purchase. However, a 5% cancellation fee will be applicable on all refunds for cancellation within 24 hrs

Cancellations after 24 hrs of purchase & Transfers

There are no refunds available after 24 hrs after the purchase of course. You can, however, either transfer to another course or request a transfer of purchase to another person.

  • Your transfer to another course is subject to availability.
  • If the number of registrants has already reached the maximum, the transfer cannot be completed.
  • In case of no availability of the course, you can use the credit towards any future course whenever they are available. In all cases, there will be no refund.
  • You can transfer 100% of the course credit to another person for the same course or any other course available within the same year. Such a transfer is available once only.
  • The transferee cannot further transfer the credit to another person and must choose the same or another course as mentioned before otherwise the credit will be expired
